This is a marvelous restaurant with two levels. There are quite a bit of seatting, but you have to book a table if you want to eat here. Go figure, it is so good that Japanese Ambassadors are there common guests. We are being seated at the lower floor. The tranquility and zen environment prepares you for an Asian experience.

The teas are serve with little bowls. It is very ancient and traditional.

The service is very detailed. I love the way the place the spoon on top of the bowl of miso soup instead of just place it on the table or passing it to you.
We ordered sake. This is perhaps the best sake. It runs down to your throat with such a smooth soothing purity.
Sake can sometimes serve warm, but excellent sake should always serve cool.

Our main dish Assorted Sashimi (Chef's Choice)
Shrimp, Scallops, Pink Tuna, White Tuna, Snap, Salmon Squid, Octopus etc.
Amoungs all my favorite would have to be the Shrimp and the Scallops. They both melt at your mouth and glue to ever taste bud. The freshness is undeniably outstanding.
Sashimi is as good as the quality of the produce, and you will not be able to find this quality in a lot of places with the price that we pay.
The Shrimp head are later deep fried and eat as a whole

Teriyaki Sirloin and Chicken.
This dish is huge. The Sirloin Steak is tender and juicy so is the Chicken. It is quite a bragin if you ask me.The Eel Don
It sounds common, however the Eel Don in other restaurant might use sauces that are pre-made. The Eel sauce here are definitely homemade, and you can taste the definite fresh eel taste to it.

Deep fried Cheek Fish Head
It is a gift from the chef. It is perhaps the left over from the Sahimi. It is very tasty and rich of fish oil. A delicious dish that is not available in the menu.

Sesame Ice-Cream
I am not sure if this is homemade, but I have not tasted anything so delicious in any buck you can get at a grocery store.
It is very dark in colour. You can even taste the chalkiness of the grained sesame seed.
So delicious I had two.

Overall: The best Japanese food I have ever had. Hands down The freshest fish, The best service, and The best environment. If you love Japanese food you got to try out this restaurant.
